Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using the ScayPay API platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. API Access Fee

Production API access requires a one-time, non-refundable fee of TZS 500,000. This does not cover per-transaction costs billed separately.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the ScayPay API only for lawful purposes. Prohibited uses include fraud, money laundering, spam, unauthorized data collection, or any activity violating Tanzanian law.

4. API Keys

You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure. Do not share keys with third parties or expose in client-side code. ScayPay is not liable for unauthorized use.

5. Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

6. Termination

ScayPay reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, with or without prior notice.
